Our chickens are some of the happiest chickens around.  We currently use Cornish Cross chickens for our our meat chickens because they grow quickly, which produces a juicy and tender final product that is perfect for roasting, frying or whatever use you can think of for a chicken!  Our eggs are collected daily from our flock of chickens which include Production Reds, Barred Rocks, Buff Orpingtons and Silver-laced Wyandottes.  They are able to enjoy sunny days, hunt for bugs and just do the things that a happy chicken does each and every day.  Our yolks are bright yellow, giving you a truly sunny-side up egg and wishing you a good morning!
