1 Boston Butt roast (3 lbs)
3 1-lb packages of medium sliced bacon
4 2-packs of 1” thick bone-in or boneless pork chops (or 8 1/2” thick bone-in or boneless pork chops)
6 1-lb packages mix-and-match ground pork or sausage (regular, chorizo, Italian or hot)
