Quark is a unique product that our family has come to love.  By itself, it is creamy, spreadable and fairly neutral in flavor.  But that is where the fun can begin!  We love it on bagels with fruit or preserves, spread on crackers, mixed with herbs for a sandwich spread or so many other options!
