Biscuits and gravy needs a perfect sausage. Our Berkshire sausage has a nice flavor that tastes like a good morning. We enjoy this as patties or in gravy, but also really like to blend it with ground beef for a juicy burger or to add flavor to a meatloaf or meatballs. Sold in 1 pound packages.
