If you’ve ever wanted to try ordering bulk beef but don’t have the budget or freezer space for a quarter or half beef, here’s your chance to stock up.  You can choose between a 1/8 beef for $550 or 1/16 beef share for $275.  Each 1/16 share will include several packages of premium steaks like ribeyes or strips, a roast, 10-15 lbs ground beef and a mix of the following cuts:
Short ribs
Minute steaks
Stew meat
Beef ribs
Fajita meat
Soup bones/Osso Bucco shanks
1/8 shares will be twice the size of the 1/16 share.  
These shares would save you about $30-40 off retail. 
These shares will be available for farm pick up the first week of August.  You can reserve your share with $100 non-refundable deposit with the remainder due at pick up or pay the full amount when you order online.
