Beef short ribs are an underused cut of beef yet they are delicious!  They are great for slow cooking - covered in barbeque sauce and cooked in the crock pot, cooked in a pressure cooker and pulled off the bone for beef stew or any number of other uses.  They are in approximately 1 pound packages.
