This cut of beef is the basis for one of my favorite childhood meals - steak strips.  It can pan fry quickly in a skillet or hold up to a low and slow meal in the crockpot.  Each package contains one large (around 1 1/2 lbs) boneless steak that is tenderized and can easily be portioned out or cut into strips.
