We’re offering a special price on a bundle of 10 1 lb packages of ground pork or breakfast sausage.  You can mix and match in whatever quantity you prefer.  Just make sure to let us know how you want it divided up when you order!  Ground pork is our favorite alternative to ground beef.  It cooks up well and retains its moisture differently from beef.  It also makes a great complement to beef in meatballs, taco meat or anywhere that a blend would work.  The sausage is always delicious and it has no preservatives.  Right now we’re taking pre-orders only.  Orders will be filled late June when pork is ready.
